Canmore Civic Centre – Canmore, Alberta
Silver LEED™ accreditation was awarded to Canmore’s Civic Centre. It was the first of it’s kind in Alberta and only the fourth in all of Canada.
Design features include carpool parking, indoor bike storage for employees, low flow water fixtures and appliances, highly efficient HVAC system, solar control of window areas, maintained high air quality. The Canmore Museum and Geoscience Centre is also housed in the Civic Centre. Concept provided controls installation.

Bison Courtyard – Banff, Alberta
Bison Courtyard is a commercial/residential development. This is an environmentally sustainable building, designed to a LEED Silver standard. It includes re-used material from the demolished buildings, composting toilets in public areas, lumber from a sustainable forest, recycled gray water for irrigation and flush toilets, vegetated courtyards, high efficiency mechanical & electrical systems, and other “green” construction concepts.
The tenants are encouraged to be environmentally responsible by provisions for recycling, using alternate transportation methods, non-smoking policy, and other green practices.
