Gateway Southcentre – Calgary, Alberta
Gateway Southcentre was four phases of all-concrete construction that wrapped up in 2008. The completed development houses 500 suites in sections of either four or six floors and 581 titled parking stalls underneath in the two-level garage. Building was a Built-Green project.
Many new technologies such as solar and geothermal all tied into Concept’s BMS system. Complete new electrical, New Controls Installation, New Data Installation, New Security Installation.

Five West 1 & 2 – Calgary, Alberta
Two towers of Five West Condos are 25 floors with 5 level parkade. The main floors were dedicated for commercial space. Each tower was 250,000 square feet in volume.
The Five West towers provide the ultimate in convenient living, being the first condominium project in Calgary to be built within the traditional downtown business district. Each tower took 2 years to build with a 6 month overlap.

West tower is a 22 storey, 116 unit market tower. It contains market housing units, retail spaces, fire station, and EMS station. The east tower is 88 units of affordable housing.
Base building electrical, security, data, & controls Work included slab, distribution, lighting (public exterior & interior), fire alarm.

Phase one of the three phase project is a 23 storey residential tower with 177 suites.
Concept provided electrical and fire and life safety services.

19 storey concrete residential tower with 150 suites. Parkade includes wash bay and storage lockers. Video surveillance throughout for optimal security.
